I love your site! Excellent recipes and original ideas!
PS - My dog LOVES carrots too...almost as much as red bell peppers!
I look forward to trying your restaurant when I am in the area!

You think you can't write? I love your posts! I tell you though, your conversations with Nancy could be my conversations with Paul. It's like pulling teeth just to get him to say "I like more pepper in it, and maybe cook it crispier".

Joe! I'm so sad you never {or rarely} feel satisfied with your creations! We are always our worst critics, and it can't be easy when there is another chef in the house! I would be intimidated too!

This pasta looks delicious. You've just inspired me for lunch options, we're hungry!

BTW, I know this is probably just silly old computer illiterate me, but I can NEVER figure out how to leave a comment on here! I search and search for the comment tab. Today I finally just clicked on the post, but I am just thinking for others who wouldn't have been as determined, they might have given up and that may be part of the problem!

Thanks for putting me on your blogroll, and wow, even the caption of nice pics too! Thanks again!

I found your blog on the Cooking Lovers/Facebook page. I've bookmarked you (and your wife) and can't wait to catch up on my reading! I, too, have improved the photography on my blog with the help of an introductory photog class back in April. It also helped me take some great photos on my last vacation. Now I'm constantly thinking of what can I prepare so I can practice my photography!

Can't wait to try this. Sounds so much easier than the other "classics" I have seen. Will look forward to the skirt steak version.

This dish is one of my all time favorites and whenever I serve it to guests they rave. Partially it's the freshness of the ingredients. However, my recipe calls for cream. That also makes a wonderful difference. Try it.
