I made this last night from Adam Perry Lang’s Serious BBQ Book. Awesome! The best part is the crust that will form as you cook the meat. I will make this again and plan on trying the paste, rub and glaze on tri-tip as well.

The holiday catering season has started and we have been super busy. We did 7 events from Friday night to Saturday night so I’ve been busy. We are having fun though. I will get back to posting on a more regular schedule soon. Parsnip soup coming! Yee Haw.

Sorry I’ve got nothing… I have little energy and less desire to do anything right now. I don’t feel like I’m making much progress in my endevors right now. I did cook tonight and made a spinach and goat cheese rissoto with lemon. I will post it as well… soon.
